It's funny you know. One time a 14 yr old kid brushed past me too hard I was so mad I said bad words under my breath, then my sister said "bro come on she has down syndrome" and I looked at her like she was an idiot and said "Well no one wants to be pointed out for their illness or syndrome, I treated that kid like a normal person not some special or charity case. If it was someone else I would have done the same." 😅😅😅

It’s a different show. I forgot the name but it’s on Apple TV. It’s a bout a homeschooled kid with a prosthetic leg who goes to public school. That’s why he’s so excited about detention, cus it’s his first one.

As someone who has mobility issues I'm glad this was a topic brought up. A lot of non-disabled people use elevators when they do not need to, I understand that going up stairs can be annoying but it takes away from mobility aids. In my high school the elevator was often used by people cramming inside and giggling about how fun it was to use something that was strictly for disabled people. I always had to stand and wait in pain as lazy people used something they weren't allowed to, or used me to get into it.
