When I saw this question pop up I immediately was like "those who die will raise the global intelligence level". When everyone choosing red is the same group outcome as over half blue, and choosing red completely negates personal risk, everyone should do it.

The way to think about it is: One has the possibility to kill, the other doesn't. But this argument is more about showing who is selfish or not. And also to just show that people cannot agree on anything.
I see alot of opinions for both sides which i agree with, for red its just that they dont want to die with even though selfish is a big part of human nature. For blue its to protect others who may not understand how the question works. Theres pros and cons to both sides which ill list Red pros: -You live Cons: - its a guarantee that at least 200-800 million people die if not more. Blue pros: -by taking the chance, you can save people who may be old, young or disabled from dying. Cons: - you have no way of knowing if the said groups know or dont know how this question works, either they do and may pick red, or they dont and what your doing is good. You also have to consider that even though they are old/young/disabled, it doesnt mean that they cant make or figure out decisions on their own, if they dont know how the question works, then they can ask the person as seen in the video to explain better. So yeah there are major pros and cons for both sides, neither side is correct or wrong, it all depends on how you view yourself and the lives of others. As for me i picked red, not completely because im selfish, but because i like to put my trust in everyone else that they will know that by picking the red button they are all live, it may seem impossible but many things throughout humanity have been deemed impossible like flying but it has happened. But thats just my opinion, feel free to disagree
