I have a blade 17 pro from 2020. So far the aux jack has stopped working, 5 blue keyboard LEDs are dead, I've had to replace the battery once and had to replace the $100+ charger once. Have they fixed their quality problems yet?
This year, I made the jump from the Razer Blade to the Framework 16. Absolutely zero regrets. I'm so happy to leave Razer and their QC/customer service behind.
It Will break 13 months from purchase. The only thing razer has perfected is planned obsolescence.

I have a razor blade 17 laptop. During a bio update a chip fried. Razor wants $700 for a $3 chip.
Don't think I'd ever trust any razer product. Waaay too many RMA, manufacturing issues and such. They need to provide significant evidence they've redesigned their QA system.
They can make 5090 laptop this thin because they never really cared about longevity. I am confident that 70% of this exact model will not see 2nd year without major issues.
