I was in a car accident a little over a month ago this year and my car was deemed a total loss. It was a 2001 Lexus RX300 that my older brother gave me as a gift. Some lady literally rear ended so hard and I suffered a whiplash to my back, neck, and a headache. The damage was extremely bad and I had to go to the hospital. I'm still going through the pain and loss with a on going lawsuit against that lady.
