Xabi Alonso was my favourite Liverpool player as a kid. Him going to Chelsea would be really frustrating but I can't hate him for it. He should do what's best for him, and if the Liverpool board aren't going for him over Slot, we shouldn't expect him to just sit on his hands. This will be a huge blow to FSG

Harsh on slot given the grief around the team, players can't keep up physically if their mentality has taken a big hit. But xabi has a big job on his hands if he goes, but you have the players available to you as they have like 40 top players.
