You know you're a nerd when watching Anastasi evokes the same kind of 'on the edge of your seat' feeling as watching a high speed chase scene in a blockbuster movie.
I'm not convinced that one of them has to lose. It seems to me that there is enough demand to allow for several manufacturers to exist and prosper.
I am happy that the big 2 are taking different paths towards the same goals. It creates not only competition but also diversity of thought. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.DSA, if viable, is very exciting!
If both get to their end product, I don't think both will lose. Both seem good tech.
From the Physics point of view, the electrostatic field is insane - millions of volts per cm. And quantum tunneling is a real leak menace. Crazy stuff!!!
My god. Intel is really going balls to the wall, I truly hope they make it work; it would be revolutionary. TMC is going brute size. We live in crazy interesting times.
"One of them will win, and one of them will lose." Not necessarily, each of the technologies may have an advantage for particular applications.
I still see an exciting future where they both win, one for scale and one for high end technology.
I'm addicted to technology, want to unlock the secrets of the universe? Create the smallest thing ever created ever. So Beautiful.
Two many innovations in Intel's FAB, I remember they had a hard time to deliver 10nm. Let's hope it will work for them this time.

You take that which is boring to most, and make it sound like a suspense novel with exciting twists and turns. Your style is unmatched! Your knowledge is above and beyond... Thank you...
How on earth do they manage to register both sides of wafer to align power and communication on both sides down to the Angstrom level?
Thanks for all your honest hard work 🙏
I appreciate your story telling capability. I am amazed.
Such exciting commentary on the greatest race ever run, where each runner is acknowledged to be the fastest & most reliable competitor, but with each running on a different course towards the finish line. Each runner may fall & never reach the finish, or one may easily win or perhaps with such powerful competitors both will reach the finish at the same time. You convey the racetrack ambiance so well, describe each runner in detail & yet you offer no prediction, so we know it must be close & we watch & wait. Thank you for all the work you did to make this & for conveying the excitement & atmosphere from the racetrack.
Inevitably, in the future, Intel will adopt these mega chips strategy from tsmc, and tsmc will adopt DSA and powervia from Intel.
Thanks for all your work. The production and graphics are stunning.
great video as always
Only 6% gain is not worth the risk, I agree with TSMC.
