imo the blue perk for conduit is always the 3 batts stack because it saves inventory space to carry more ammo, nades, or whatever, while the other one the ult usually despawn and work pretty bad in close spaces and i feel like its enough with the normal ult version, i assume the other one gives you 10% extra ground cover with the ult because they are bigger, therefore cover a larger area but nah, 3 batts i feel like its better.
