The fact that the unique items have their own designed skills and dialogue lines is incredible. AAA content 100%. Since this comment has some likes, please, GGG, make item skills work like ascendancy skills: they should level up with you, have a minimum level requirement, and every skill should be able to have 6 links at level 90 (though I think it should be lower, but that is beside this ask). It's frustrating to get an item with a level 20 skill and have to wait until the last 50% of your playtime with that build to play it in its desired form.
