Why do our tunnels look so dusty. And the entry into the tunnels could have been designed better ....
The way bridges are falling down..... We need to wait and see how is this missing link bridge.... God forbid nothing should happen to this bridge 🙏
Thank You Devendra Fadnavis! 🪷
Try and go above 80 km an hour in some random section and you will fined momentously, with illegal hidden cameras 😂 Edit-I am all for driving under speed limit, but the hidden cameras are illegal, show the location of cameras that's all I ask.
It is beyond frustrating that even when India manages to build world-class infrastructure like the Samruddhi Mahamarg or the missing link, the complete lack of civic sense ruins it for everyone. We can keep building record-breaking tunnels and smooth asphalt, but we can't seem to teach people how to actually drive. It’s maddening to see drivers crawling at 60 km/h in a 100 km/h zone, choking the flow of traffic without ever facing a fine....while others treat the road like a racetrack with zero consequences. To make matters worse, people have the audacity to complain about a lack of dhabas instead of focusing on their own terrible driving habits. There should be plazas on exits or roadhouses with a gas/ petrol and EV charging station which may address a smaller part of the problem, whichever is easier to understand. Between the government failing to enforce stringent rules and drivers acting like total nincompoops who don't understand basic highway etiquette or how to use an exit, better roads feel like a waste. Until there are no stringent controls on keeping distance between vehicles, cancellation of license, or demerit points on breaking rules, how do we expect a massive shift in how people respect the law? These modern highways will just be high-speed stages for human ignorance, where these so-called drivers keep acting like they own the road without an ounce of discipline. These better highways are essentially wasted on a public that refuses to learn. Hormazd, I'm very hopeful that you address these problems in one of your issues. I always found myself completely captivated by your articles in Autocar magazine as a child growing up in the 90's and early 2000's. I was also very happy when you brought Renuka Kriplani on board. I love Nikhil Bhatia equally! Everyone, in fact.
Cant believe it was just in time so i could use this to give my exam in pune on 9th may.
the intro of this video is pure gta. LOVED IT!!
your narration is goood!!!
I don't understand why they don't open it for bikes!!
0:05 opening shot giving feel like GTA 5 or NFS (Need for speed) one who had played these will know.. tunnels, bridges and super cars...
So this missing link is going to drive the sell of luxury cars in Mumbai? Is govt building all these link roads, costal roads for 0 .01% rich Mumbai residents??
Mumbai to Pune -🗿 Navle Bridge - 💀 Pune to Kolhapur - 🤡 Nevertheless I still appreciate our Govt for Missing Link 👏
So proud of Maharashtra 🎉
Do a time comparison between all three routes. Old new and this.
All trucks amd tankers should be Avoided on this missing link..then It will be more useful...
7:45 road discipline😂😂 btw autocar please allow my thought to reach to people by your channel. Regardless of speed/lane limit, a habit should be inculcated by indian on roads (atleast on these new high speed expressway): if 10 car pass you shift to a left lane. if you pass 10 car shift to a right lane. if you are already at left most lane and 10car pass you then speed-up. if you already at right most lane and pass 10cars you are fast for traffic at this point in time and should slow down.
Tiniest bit of progress happens Mumbaikars - 🥳🥂🎉🧨
