Don’t know if you’ll see this rock but make sure when you test reflexes you do both arms and legs which may be what’s causing it to say poor inspection. I learned that on my play through lol. Also another tip it says green skin on the tablet symptoms but any survivor who has that yellow color skin is infected
when you check for reflexes, if their arms don't move you check the no reflex box. If their arm moves normal, don't select the box. That's why the poor inspection icon pops up

yo rico when you're checking the pulse and temperature you gotta wait a sec for the bar at the temperature side to fill up so it gives a full reading, sometimes you gotta aim it at their forehead for it to work
