The FOX camera crew showed more footage of the flying tent than the actual cars that were going off the racing surface during the actual race
I propose that whenever SVG gets into second place at a road course they begin to play the Jaws theme
McDowell came from 30+seconds back and finished 2nd, glad you gave him credit too
The 54 team getting on the radio and telling Ty "yeah gang just go for 3rd we not stopping him" was diabolical but absolutely the correct call
just googled “road course framemogging” and all it shows is a bald new zealand man 😮💨🙏😭
Clint bowyer started humming the jaws theme while he was *20 seconds back*. And was correct to do so. My god
AJ Allmendinger I feel like is going underrated for being in the Top 20 in points driving a car that's getting zero OEM support from Chevy after Kaulig partnered with Ram in Trucks.
The very second that Cliint Boyer said there's no way that SVG could catch up from being that far back in the field, I knew SVG was going to win.
4 FOX no-replays of the race has to be a new record. Cody Ware, Hocevar on Berry, Bilicki on Legge, and JHN on Bubba
Zilisch is great, but he has to go a bit easier on the tires. He was smoking the right front through turn 1 all weekend, all 3 races. It didn’t bite him against the truck and oreilly field, but it did in cup. The flat spot that eventually took him out started on the restart. Still has a lot to learn.
those 16 laps today, and the race in Mexico city last year truly showcased how big the skill gap is between SVG and everyone else on road courses
That intro was pure gold. Very accurate whenever you see SVG behind you coming fast
I wish the cup series was on the CW. FOX has completely lost their ways
SVG having a 20+ second deficit and STILL getting to 1st place with 10 or so laps to go made my day, I honestly didn't think he would make it (neither did my dad) and he's my favorite driver
Shane Van Gisbergen is gonna race the next road course with a bounty on his head. But he'll still win. Much like John Wick
I like the intro of the beginning.
I was expecting SVG to be the only one to mount a charge for a Top 10, but McDowell surprised me.
I was watching Shane’s onboard for that whole run after his last stop and it was just poetry in motion
SVG is standing there menacingly
I thought the tire barriers were a bad call by NASCAR, but it might’ve made the racing better
