I was offered PTSD disability 3 times through VA doctors and mental health specialists. The look on their face when I told them I don't need to be "service connected" was one of astonishment. One VA official literally told me I was stupid for not taking the income. I now work happily in a large CNC shop making huge parts that make ships and infrastructure run. That's exactly what my mental health needed.....to contribute. Stop this crazyness!!!! PTSD during non war or policing action is just a crock of sh!t. How can cooking spaghetti cause your PTSD.

I served 12 years six surgeries on my back tinnitus in both elbows crazy amount of arthritis in my knees can’t hear for shit and I only get 40%. This dude serves one to two years and he’s 80% just drives me fucking nuts.
