Someone hacked me because I was a naiive child and was promised VIP. Thankfully my account wasn’t deleted, they just some of stole my stuff (like 10 rares due to gifting limits I think). Moderators actually fixed it and gave me my stuff back and banned the account. I was lucky
i fully believed in the dolly hacker bc i had an "encounter" 😭😭 i was a hacker hunter at the time and would frequent the horror cafe because thats where all the "hackers" would be. i remember joining it while it was almost full and there was a weird bug where usernames would be blacked out at the time?? just know that bc the usernames weren't shown, i couldnt click on profiles. i was right next to someone dressed as the dolly when i joined and i FULLY believed it was the real one. me not being able to click on her profile added to my belief that she was real. she started doing the wiggly arms animation and my entire screen froze and the browser crashed

I love seeing msp content in the big 26 it makes me joyful and whimsical that to this day we are all still nostalgic about a shitpost of a childhood game through the positives and negatives. Anyway, yall remember when msp censored the word hacker so if you wanted to pretend to be hacked on msp you had to write “Packed 😈” in your status?
I remember someone sharing a story on tumblr years ago that they used to log onto club penguin, pick someone that had a membership, and reset their account password (you only needed your username and eye colour for this, and since the most common eye colour in the world is brown they were p successful with this), then they'd delete every item in that person's igloo.
Even as a teeny tiny kid playing MovieStarPlanet I knew that the ”hackers” were just people pretending and doing stuff like asking for password and similar. My parents taught me, day 1 of using internet more on my own (without them watching everything) ”NEVER give out your name, email or password to anyone or anything. If someone is threatening you: Block them or come to us and we will help you. If you’re unsure about something, ask us” I followed my parents rules really good, especially the password and email one, I still follow these two, I have a separate online-people email and I never give password to main account or accounts I’ve spent a single penny on. If it’s a new, trash and throw account I can tho, but those accounts I don’t care for. I’m 22 years old 2026, I played MSP 2011-2016 ish
Anonymous group confirmed on one video that Anonymous "hacker" is not associated with their group. Anonymous from MSP was actually a cheater using Charles Proxy (writing posts on forum being lvl 0, changing MSP character on login page, writing posts on forum without logging into their account*) * Later (years after Anonymous prime I think) Riz appeared on the forums. He "hacked" MSP admin account, Pixi Star etc. Riz confirmed on the forum that he's using Charles Proxy.

i was on the french msp server and i remember there were tons of "user cruel" (hackers) back in 2015, they were considered the worst hackers. There was even one girl who used to regularly hack the top-ranked moviestars…
