Whatnot Sellers Keep Crashing Out

Entertainment

Whatnot is supposed to be a marketplace for collectors. Instead, some sellers treat it like a casino — and when the bids don’t go their way, the crashouts begin. In this video we look at some of the wildest Whatnot seller meltdowns I’ve come across, from Pokémon scalpers raging at chat, to sports card sellers losing their minds over low bids, cancelled orders, and viewers questioning prices. We cover: Whatnot seller crashouts Pokémon card scalpers Sports card stream meltdowns Whale buyers & gambling mechanics Live auction rage moments Why some Whatnot streams feel more like gambling than collecting Some of these reactions are genuinely insane. Whatnot is essential if eBay tried to be a live stream platform. And wow do I despise the ads that try to make it sound like a cheap way to buy things. If you're getting something cheap, it's because you don't know what you're getting.

Livestreaming an eBay auction sounds like a nightmare. Don't know how this app made it past the drawing board 😭
