This topic is so important I think this is the staff they have to teach at schools. No wonder that I became more energetic since my healthy diet. Children eat so much junk nowadays I am afraid for their future(btw not only children). This has to be taught from very young age for people to think and grow healthy.

I used to eat junk food when I studied at the university and I remember that I felt badly. Now I'm putting all my efforts to get used to eating fruit and vegetables. To be honest, it's easier said than done, but I'm eager to see changes in my body. Thanks for the video and for reminding that to eat healthy food is important to us
