Read Paul Stitt's book on his experience as a biochemist for Quaker Oats. He talks about constant testing for increasing cheaper ingredients that tasters couldn't detect.

I've eaten McDonalds only a few times in my life. It tastes terrible and I do not understand how people eat it all the time.

Food science is only making trash food last longer. Pasteurized milk does not have a longer shelf life than raw milk. Pasteurized cheeses do not have a longer shelf life than raw cheeses. Pasteurization kills the food it's supposedly designed to help with. With the advent of sanitation methods, pasteurized food is actually objectively worse for humans than raw food. I recently had some raw milk that was spoiling in my fridge. It was fully drinkable and had a slight mozzarella/cheese after taste, but was otherwise still good. I've had in the past pasteurized whole milk that's spoiling, it's entirely unpalatable and causes a host of gut issues.

My flatmate cooked my Rib Eye to take to work at lunch i heated it up and couldn't wait to eat it he put pepper on it and all I could taste was the nasty pepper. It was super nasty and a waste of a Rib Eye I couldn't enjoy like normal.😢😢😢

Had full on allergice reaction from whataburger. For two weeks, horrific hives and swelling everywhere. Extreme itching. Abdominal pain. Thats literally what finally made me change my eating. From 350 to 260 in 10 months. Never going back. Thank you Dr Chaffee and other amazing Drs sharing the REAL TRUTH

Where do you go to find actual food? I can’t even grow it from seeds since the seeds are genetically modified. What do we do?

My coworker is a food scientist who told me she would rather stick to using seed oils instead of tallow or butter because they're safe to use.😮
So I should major in food science?
