The BSc (Food Science) programme is a three-year full-time degree programme during which it becomes evident that there is more to food than the final products that we consume daily. Hi! I currently have a consumer science degree (food and nutrition) how can I become a food sciencist, should I go for an undergraduates degree in food sciences ?
I went to UAL to study curation. But both my parents work in the food industry. Now I regret not majoring in food
