Ma'am u r absolutely right. I ate hone food everything kheer ghee parathe but still able to reduce 12 kg weight in 3 months the thing I ate in proportion stopped overeating body movement simple yoga and also ate fruits on daily basis along with cucumber Roti sbji dal chawal. And also do check ur body used to react more with few food like in my case ghee works but with physical movement and potato increase fat but not rice.
