Being an artist who also likes cooking and food. I enjoy cooking way more than baking. Baking is torture to me because I want to freely add what I want and what feels right. I commend bakers because you have to be smart and know measurements ect. Cooking is an art where baking is a science. Both can yield beautiful results but I cannot stand following exact recipes.
