so: -eat full meals all at once without snacking throughout the day -eat ingredients. Not foods made of ingredients -eat protein -no processed foods -no artificial sugar -phone addiction disturbs fat loss and muscle gain -vitamins withou fats dont get absorbed

Using the 1 ingredient rule... my god. I have noticed massive benefits to using this. Yeah you have to pay a little more but my god the pay off is massive. Haven't had processed snacks for months and my meals are amazing. Highly recommend you all give it a try.
