I learned MANY things from this video because of the close ups of her actually doing it. First, what "minced" means, one good knife replaces EVERYTHING, parsley is underrated, what all the sides if thst scraper thing is used for, that you can buy whole nutmeg (don't ask cause I never thought of it), etc. For a person who ate fast food, who now has to lesrn to cook because of health issues (imagine that)...i can't express how much this video has helped. I am about to binge her channel!!!
