I owned a Bently continental. The technician told me one of screws of the evaporator case (the inside AC unit) is placed under the windshield. So any repair of the evaporator, such as a stuck damper requires removal of the windshield. And because of its shape, the windshield breaks during removal and must be replaced with a new one.

Just traded in my BMW 5 Series for the Lexus ES 350 Ultra Luxury. It rides like a dream and the Mark Levinson sound system sounds like you are in a concert hall. Don't understand how this vehicle is ranked below the 5 series. It should be number 2.

I own a 5 series, drives well but has niggling problems which cannot be resolved; screeching brakes, shaking when turning corners..
I got a Lexus 300gs. 26 years old 197 thousand miles. Runs so sweet with a quality ride. Mega reliable. I can afford a new car but why should I spend thousands for its age the lexus is still good looking. When parked with new Audi, B.M.W , Mercedes-Benz it doesn't look out of place or dated or old fashioned.

I have a 2015 Lexus GS 350 with 196k miles and a 2013 Lexus ES 350 with 176k miles. Super reliable vehicles. I bought them cheap due to high mileage, and some cosmetic stuff, but they had a good maintenance record. Those two vehicles are good looking and actually fun to drive. I wouldn't touch anything German used or anything else other than a used well taken care of Lexus. But even Lexus has some trouble vehicles like the LS 460. Or the Lexus ES 250 with the direct injection only engine. Those two are a no go for me personally.
G80 a nice ride but has transmission issues had one for 5 months due to work and was giving Hella issues with only 26k miles ..did research and yes they have transmission issues w a few others not worth 60k/70k for suv
