You can hate on me all you want for this comment, I really don’t care. I think it should be a law, every state, every intersection, every light, should have a 10 second delay. Currently, they are less than two. And what happens? Red light runners collide with people on a green light, hundreds of times a day. However, a 10 second delay would prevent many of those accidents. People are still going to run red lights. That’s the point of having a 10 second delay. I don’t care if you don’t like it, it would save lives. It would also save a lot in insurance.

4:27 footage is not good sadly so you cant read the plates. The only thing u can do is find out what car it is and notify every repair shop etc in the region that if this car comes in for repair to let the cops know so they can arrest the driver.

Ignorance all around. Many of these crashes could have been avoided if the person driving with a dash cam was actually paying attention and applying the brakes in time instead of continuing to drive and hit the other vehicle.
