#10 is just a mess all around. Truck in front either attempted to blocked him on the pass and/or simply can't control his vehicle well enough to stay in his lane. Car panicked half way through its pass and cut in way too early when the car in the oncoming lane appeared, wrecking himself. A passing lane, on a corner, leading into a knoll... who tf did the lines for that section of road? Absolutely moronic. Maybe the video quality is just complete trash and compressing it all to make it seem way shorter a distance than it really is.

#10. Whether intentional or just idiocy if that truck stays in its lane, it's just a legal pass of a slow-moving vehicle. At first I wondered why the Honda didn't just punch it and finish the pass because it looked like they just casually drifted into the truck, but descriptions below indicate the truck went so far over that it hit the van, causing the rest. Anyone who intentionally makes it difficult to execute a pass should go to jail or at least bear full fault.
