#10 - Of course your insurance would cover the damages, the accident was YOUR fault. The truck didn't hit you, you hit the truck when you swerved into it before you completed your pass. And you didn't legally pass it. If it isn't safe to pass, then it isn't legal to pass. The truck crossing the line plus the oncoming car made your attempted pass unsafe and therefore illegal. Idiot.

#10 - I don't know what you did, but if the truck were drifting into your lane while you were going around a curve with an oncoming car moving towards you, you would have been wise to back off and not to pass and to just wait. How you got out of this without any fault is baffling. Let's just say at a minimum your judgment wasn't the best. You look like you were already wiping out before you even got completely beside him. If I see a wide truck and a curve ahead on a narrow road, I'm probably not going to try to pass him right then, that's common sense.

#4 seriously you kept getting closer even with the erratic driving of the vehicle in front and then the other pulling across in front of it, all them signs given to keep well clear and you get closer is just nuts. Only a fool doesn't follow the 2 seconds rule.... Pick a lamp, sign etc and count out 2 seconds, that's the minimum you should have a gap of between vehicles in front and you
