At the 2:29 mark: Cammer, you are at fault. You didn't check properly before changing lanes. Whenever you cross a line on the road, and an accident happens, you are most likely at fault. That's the way it works. When you move, it's your responsibility to ensure you can cross the line safely without hitting another vehicle. Because you didn't, you are at fault every time. Maybe read your driver's manual to brush up on this stuff.
