I don't understand why these cars that are on the side or behind semis will honk their horn. Is it just out of instinct to do it? The truck driver can't hear a little car horn from the sides or behind the truck itself.
#1 wow to live in such a police state and have what you state happen. I am glad I live in a free country like the USA and specifically Texas. I looked this up read below. Yes, in Ontario, Canada, police can issue a traffic ticket based on dashcam or video footage submitted by another driver, even if no collision occurred. Now I would suggest that if someone had performed a truly dangerous act someone should have a conversation with the police however this reminds me of California during Covid and people reporting other for not wearing a mask. 1984 here we go again!
