...there are at least 7 ecosystems in that shot though, not only 3. There is the lake around the island, the urban setting, the desert, the mountains, the jungle, the wetlands and the polar one. Top left corner is covered in clouds to no idea what could be there. The large rivers, the giant oasis and maybe the islands around the lake could be considered their own ecosystems as well.

Based on the fact that Zootopia localization includes a different animal as the co-newscast (in this case being a moose), we can deduce that High Boi likely lives most likely in Canada or in Scandinavia, but since he calls the movie by the title Zootopia while in Scandinavia it is instead called Zootropolis he is most likely Canadian. I dunno, just wanted to point out what my average iq brain came up with.
