One thing is missing: after Marco's death, the pregnant girl he abandoned before joining the Process assumed that he succeeded and hung his portrait on the wall, among other "winners" from his family. Ironic af.

This is like North Korea. All the people living in the countryside make the majority of the country's population, but are extremely poor, while the few who get to live in the capital city of Poyangyan, get to experience a luxurious lifestyle.
