Death Battle has finally returned to deliver some high-octane entertainment, but with their newfound independence, can they maintain the same level of hype they brought all those years ago? To honor their independent debut, I will be ranking every Death Battle episode from 2024 and 2025, or as I like to call it, Death Battle Season K. This ranking will feature the first 16 episodes from this new era of Death Battle, which will include the beloved Bowser vs Eggman and Ash vs Yugi, the controversial Omni Man vs Bardock and Kratos vs Asura, the long awaited Master Chief vs Doom Slayer and Ruby vs Maka, the whimsical Among Us vs Fall Guys and Wile E. Coyote vs Tom Cat, and the anticipated comeback of legacy Death Battle team members as shown in Blade vs Buffy and Dante vs Clive. These episodes will be analyzed from a different lens than the prior episodes from seasons 1-10. This video will feature reviews of Omni Man vs Bardock, Joker vs Giorno, Bowser vs Eggman, and Among Us vs Fall Guys. These were the appetizers of what to expect for Death Battle's future, but their respective quality does waver to all sorts of directions. None of these episodes are inherently bad, but some are noticeably better than others. 17:00 I still fully believe they should’ve talked about Frieza destroying Planet Vegeta and used it to help scale Ssj Dock. Even if Frieza still had 30,000 more power, he destroyed planet Vegeta, a planet so large it had two suns around it by simply pointing at it. With how little effort he put into it, SSJ dock could absolutely match that power if he tried and it’s really weird how its not brought up at all. I don’t even know if that gets him the power advantage but why didn’t they bring up possibly the best comparison we have instead of solely using the weird king Vegeta filler feat

Nice analysis! Im glad you discussed giornos representation in the episode being a bit lackluster while hes wlso not my favorite jojo he did feel off to me.
