I understand this man’s point. It was reasonable for him to be a bit concerned that she wouldn’t be able to do the same things for him and care for a small child. It would be one thing if she said she wants to do nursing at a different stage. It requires a lot of practicals. Or at least explain what she envisioned. If she wanted to be a nurse she should explain that before marrying him. You can confuse the man. He thinks he is getting a stay at home wife and mom…but that is not your intention. It’s like a man saying he is going to provide and has a stable job but some months into marriage he says the lady must work because he wants to start a new business. It can make the lady feel unstable
Family is our first ministry. Being a mom. Hands on Mom is a calling. She may be successful in her chosen career, but how about her family.. her husband and children.. if I have a choice, if my husband didn’t force me to come back to work, I’d rather be raising my son.. it’s a fulfillment to be a home maker… but anyway everyone is different… it’s her choice…
This guy vexed me in the beginning but thank God he changed. The mind of a woman doesn’t stop because of marriage.
You keep mentioning the Prov 31 woman. Which is a very good example only if you interpret it well. She had a business but her business didn't supersede her home. She took care of her home Sis Her household was her priority Her husband, her children, her maidens, her duties at home were of utmost importance Every other thing she did linked to her home and still made her be present and available for the home. The message is not to not work. But to not have a misplaced priority which is the devil's agenda Prioritize the home than your job ma'am Things will definitely fall in place We write stories like these because we've not sat to really trust God to see if he can give a woman all she needs to be a keeper in the home.😢 May God help us
She wants to study nursing and nurse people outside. But nursing the home is a burden 😢😅😂

Thanks for using your videos to portray how a godly marriage should be. About acknowledging ones fault, apologizing, forgiveness, partnership and supporting each other. God bless you richly
I thank GOD he changed❤. His friend at work is a good one
I have to disagree with this message. Not only are her reasons for wanting to go to nursing school instead of being a homemaker contradicting (serving others). Why would you rather spend hectic hours and days SERVING strangers versus serving your own household? Furthermore, she definitely deceived him before marrying, she should’ve told him this was her intention versus being a sahm! If the tables were turned, she wouldn’t have like that. Women wanting careers over raising their own children instead of having schools, nanny’s, etc doing it is OF THIS WORLD! No where in the Bible does ANY of the scriptures instruct us to be the head of household nor competing for it! Women that say otherwise need to come out of RELIGION and actually have a divine relationship with the Holy Spirit!
I don't like the fact that this is a Christian movie and it's portraying this Misleading people 😢
Please, let us stop this habit of interpreting the scriptures to fit our desires. This is definitely the wrong interpretation of the Proverbs 31 woman. Just know that in all things, your Family comes first and the quiet service you do in there is the greatest you can ever render. You don't want the quiet service you do at home (for the people that you love and loves you back) because it doesn't come with rewards (money) and appreciations but you want to do the same service outside the home to total strangers for money and appreciations all in the name of you can be More 😅 May God help us all
This episode is very disappointing because it’s not based off true biblical values. It has feminism in it. She’s not a Proverbs 31 woman she was selfish. She didn’t express anything during courtship but then wanting him to read her mind. She totally blindsided him right before going to work. If she really wanted to be a nurse she could’ve done it before having kids or wait until the kids were in school to start. If the man did this everyone would be upset.
She sounds like Eve in the garden 😅
Narcissist 😢
I believe that this story is not in alignment with the Word of God. Scripture is very clear, and it is important for us as women to be careful not to fall into the same error that Eve did. We must also guard against conforming to the mould of the world, which has its own standards and expectations for women. This is why there is so much clamouring around feminism and the various agitations surrounding it. One thing is certain: both in the New Testament and the Old Testament, God’s desires and expectations for women are clearly stated. Any attempt to deviate from that path leads us away from a life that is pleasing to God. Often, we become preoccupied with “becoming something,” but that pursuit in itself is not what pleases God. Looking at the way this story is presented, it is evident that the woman does not view her care for her husband and home as service unto God. Instead, she seems to see her husband as “somebody” and herself as “nobody.” However, she overlooks an important truth: when God created man, He gave him the responsibility to tend the garden, and the woman was created as a helper suitable for him. This means that she supports him in fulfilling his God-given responsibilities. Therefore, whatever responsibility the man needs help with, the woman is meant to support him in it. For example, if a husband asks his wife to contribute financially because his income is insufficient to meet the family’s needs, then, from a biblical standpoint, the wife should support him, trusting God that the husband will get a better means of income. Yet, she is still not to stop tending her home! The example of the Proverbs 31 woman is often cited, and rightly so.This is what the Proverbs 31 woman did. She was responsible for her home and she only kept the care of the 'businesses' to the servants that worked with her. She flourished, but from her home. Her husband could sit at the gate because he was certain that the home was safe and intact. The husband's honour at the gate was because the wife by her potential brought him honour through her service from her home. A proof is that she made food and clothing for her family with her own hands and not in the care of the maids for she also gave to them. When we examine her life carefully, we see that it aligns with God’s expectations. Similarly, in the New Testament, especially Titus 2, one of the most referenced passages on God’s expectations for women, we are instructed that older women should teach younger women to love their husbands and children, and to be keepers of their homes. Being a keeper of the home means taking responsibility for the home and all that concerns it. While modern perspectives often argue that if a man can eat, he should cook, or if he can wear clothes, he should wash them, the central issue is not what the husband does or does not do. Rather, for a Christian woman who believes that the Word of God is absolute truth, the priority is aligning with God’s instructions. She is to be a keeper at home, love her husband and children the Biblical way, uninfluenced by the world's perception. If, for instance, in this case, the husband is called to tend a garden that may require and such a professional development like becoming a nurse to support that calling, she should not manipulate the situation under the guise of service. If she is being led and stirred in that direction by the Lord, she is to instead trust God to speak to her husband and guide him in making such an important discision for their family as the head of the home. God knows how to encourage and strengthen them for such a journey. God is able to direct the husband to see the need for such support because it contributes to the work God has entrusted to him. We must not forget that Scriptures tell us that the woman was made for the man. She was given to the man by her Father, God Almighty. It has not changed even till now. Any woman who wants to do the will of God for her life will understand that it boils down to absolute obedience to what the Bible says. We must not despise the care of the home, husbands, children as burdens that take us away from ourselves. Instead, that is where we get to learn humility and gentleness from Jesus as in Matthew 11:28-29. That is where we get to become the greatest by being servants of all. If God blesses a woman with marriage and children, God desires that she, on His behalf raise them for that is her own garden that she must tend. She must hold that fort! Ultimately, my position is that we must be careful not to interpret Scripture through the lens of the world. The Bible instructs us not to conform to worldly standards. While the world emphasizes partnership, God speaks of oneness where two become one flesh. Marriage is not merely a partnership; it is a union. In this union, both husband and wife act with the awareness that their actions are ultimately unto God. As one, they should avoid anything that would harm each other, recognizing that what they do
If you think u can have it both ways your delusional it’s why I gave up on marriage in the first place
I need help ; I know Jehovah Jireh is with me in this storm.
This should have been discussed BEFORE the engagement. You can't throw this at your husband after you're married, 6,7 months pregnant when you knew you wanted to do this already years beforehand. That's not fair to either one of you.
A lot of men make marriage scary.
This right here is also why your courtship season is important. It’s not just about going on dates and gisting.
