seeing the fat performer danced with and lifted without there being some visual gag about them being too heavy or clumsy or whatever was a breath of fresh air. the animation in this rules its so cute and awesome
The story was adorable, but the art direction is what really blew me away here. The circus theming was so bright and vibrant while still somehow melding perfectly with a believable looking ancient civilization, how do you even do that?
Make balloon animals, not war :O)
The message I take away from this animation is to have respect for your fellow artist because all art itself is a practice

i like that they are not oversexulized even tho they have revealing clothes, i LOOOOVE the design and esthetic of this it's very sweet some friendship and understanding of others i adore this

i love that the monkeys don't just look angry in a cartoonish way but are fully peeling back their lips like they do in real life to show their entire set of teeth, nice little detail
I assumed the monkey on the thumbnail would be more of a main character, but seeing how the two dancers bonded was unexpectedly great! ❤

Oh my goodness, I love this! I feel like rarely now-days I see (outside of horror) clown centrist media. This is such a pleasant short, it all looks so beautiful, and I love the teal nosed clown, hes my favourite! ( little edit! I am very passonite about clowns in my day to day, in which why this feels like a breath of fresh air :D!)
