I love this anti scalper mechanic because it doesn’t affect most buyers. A niche case I see it affecting buyer is if you want to buy a 2nd controller for lil’ bro but he family shared all his games from you so he has no purchase on his account so the 1 controller buy limit affects you. Edit: there is a feature on steam that allows you to connect separate accounts and share games which is called family sharing. The only limitation is you can only share up to 6 accounts and have to be in same country as well as only one person can play that copy of the game at a time with owner having priority.
