I used to watch indie projects but stopped for a year, have come back the last few months and glad to see you are back on track and enjoying your content much more again. Even with all the work you’re doing you seem so much more relaxed again now and marnie seems a great partner for your life.
The new property is the size that is more manageable. It should give you more time to enjoy life more and make it easier to travel when you want. Your pond seems to be turning out well. Good idea clearing that bit to remove those three trees it gives needed room. Theo, your videos are more honest. It shows that you are happy. Telling us you are tired or frustrated is human, so don't think it's boring. Those of us who have watched for a long time are glad your happy and have the opportunity to build your place into your vision for the future. Have fun in the U.K. 😊

I prefer this new house to your miracle mountain one. This has more charm and character. You will make it your own Theo… plus being a smaller property it frees you up to do other things that you love - like travel.

Theo, you are watchable whatever the project, I have never been bored! Now Marnie is on the acene you seem happier and more relaxed. She is obviously very good for you. All the hard work you are putting in on both properties will be to your advantage. You now have a future goal, and projects are now challenges to be met with Marnie, that become enjoyable and no longer a drudgery.
