Actually Dr.Nicolas Arkham isn’t dead.The guy we see in the end, who sends us back into our world , is him. Player 225 is a different Pov that we play as in Act 4. But before that we played as the babysitter. One more thing many might have not noticed is that during the lockdown 225 assigns a babysitter , that’s us. If u play Act 2 , the audio of the same women is playing. We were assigned by 225 and the black cat took us into that other realm where Dr. Nicola’s was working against Crown childcare. Which we see in Act 3. And in the end of Act 3 I think we do see Dr.Nicolas. Act 4 is a different pov but epilogue continues from where Act 3 left off.. Another thing is those dolls that 225 gets rid of are Dr.Nicolas’ doctor dolls , u will find them in the toy box. The doctor finally found the source of the babies that’s why he sent those spy dolls One more thing that maybe u didn’t notice was that the woman we see in the end that is yapping about the king tree , is the same one who guides us throughout the first 2 parts of Act 4. And I think she is Ambrose, since they were in the same picture she must have known Dr.Nicolas personally, but tore his picture coz he went against them. This is just my guess work tho. If any of this part helps u know something new about this game , I’d be glad ❤
