Hopefully with the Seibold experiment clubs can remember that coaching is not just about whiteboards and strategies. It’s not a corporate position or a marketing position. Coaches fundamentally create culture and drive standards. Same team, different coach, radically different positions on the ladder. Time to remember what coaching is about.

What a hard man Jake is on the outside but seems like a real soft gentle person on the inside, certainly a total gentleman off the field and very polite. His face and eye made him look like he had just gone a few rounds with Tyson but he just takes it all in his stride, much respect to him and also to Foran for the impact he is having on the players and team

Foz is the one to coach, ok Manly have stopped looking at other coaches and will be signing him, but he has to get double the money he has been offered Scott Penn is an astute businessman but he has unearthed the next super coach, move over Cleary, Bennett and Bellamy, a young man at 35 with fresh ideas and ambition, if Penn doesn't give Foz great money someone else will and we will lose him like we did Des at his peak.
