You can’t create that kind of culture unless you have a group of players where the majority are good people with good values from their roots. The recruitment of the right group of players is what made united just as much as the day to day leadership - and Sir Alex was head of recruitment as well.

Ive always treated management worse than anyone in employment, I use to walk around with the cleaners before my shift started and have a laugh with them whilst helping a little but if management didn't treat me with respect or signed me up for something without my say so I would treat them the same way they treated me
