Bro, does Strickland have the best wins in middleweight history? He beat champion Adesanya, Imavov on short notice who is now the clear N1 contender, and now Khamzat. Let’s not act like Khamzat isnt mauling 99% of MWs ever now Sure he doesn’t have the defences, but Silva literally got his title in his 2nd ever ufc fight. We are going to have to start having some uncomfortable convos about MW goat status, if he beats Khamzat in a rematch or Imavov again. He does have losses, but both Adesanya and Silva have losses as well. Some will say “they weren’t in their prime”, but it’s not like they didn’t struggle in their prime either (i.e, Silva-Chael, Izzy-Gastelum/Romero) Adesanya best wins are probably: Pereira, Whittaker, Yoel and Jared..? Silvia’s is: Vitor, Hendo, and maybe Franklin..? Strickland clears Silva easily (not Silvia’s fault, he only can fight who’s in front of him, tbf) and is arguably better than Izzy’s or close. Hes genuinely getting close-ish to MW goat status. Champs don’t get 5+ title defences anymore. It’s a diff time. I genuinely thought Khamzat was going to maul him, Strickland stayed so calm and did what he always does. Kudos to him
