If you drink water with salt every day, it will help your mouth

Just every day squish your mouth with salt water I know it might taste weird but you have to do it. That’s a cold sore and once they’re in your mouth if you put salt water and it will really help I get them all the time and my brother gets them on the outside of his mouth so does my family so that really helps us well. I get them on the inside. My family gets them on the outside so if you read this, just wish your mouth with salt water don’t drink it if you want to drink it you can but you can just swish it around with salt water.
