You never blow up this fabric machine d50b0 is one of the best machines in derbi and aprilia.I have aslo derbi senda and my going 85kmh with fabric exaust no blockade 14 53 gearing is super crazy, your engine can certainly go 100kmh while you solve its carburetor, and little bit gearing if its low. The rambaling sound is the chain tensioner i removed it from my derbi and the sound went away. hope this helps!

When I had my stock derbi it had EXACTLY the same problem when giving full throttle ( the dun-DUN) and it was actually because the main jet was too big so it sputters for a moment. And I think you have either bought 77cc stage6, 80 airsal or malossi 80 MHR. Great video as always.
