I'm not saying it's the bikers fault because it's clearly not, but fun fact, on the practice test, and the actual test, it says that you should always expect for a car to open their door when in that position. It's honestly the car drivers fault because he stopped in the middle of the road when he couldve parked near the curb. The girl should've made sure that the way was clear, but she did offer to call someone, and you shooed her away, even though she shouldn't of walked away + tried to scam the driver. I think all three are a bit to blame in this scenario though. (Thats MY OPINION, thats not a fact, so don't hate on me.)
