I donโt get why an owner who has such an aggressive dog would keep their pet on such a freaking long leash if you have an animal who is at all reactive, you need to keep them on a short leash because the most you can control them you should.

A neighbors dog ran up to me once (no leash or any lead attached) dog also bit other people in the past I have bear pepper spray and yes I pepper sprayed him police came 10 minutes later and knew the dog before so they called animal control and dog was put down for aggressive owners cried and no one talks to them anymore
