He was SO close with the Hershey comment. Chocolate is a flavor because what Hershey is making now isn't chocolate. Thus, we can have non-chocolate substances without chocolate in the composition.

About the chocolate milk they are both right cause I used to have the Hersheys syrup in regular milk and it made chocolate milk and I also drink just chocolate milk that’s already been made so
