There is no AC Milan Mount Rushmore post-2000 without Shevchenko, sorry. I love Nesta, greatest CB I've seen with my own eyes, but Sheva is way more synonymous with Milan; he joined during something of a lull period for the club (Scudetto win in '99 sure, but the team was not great, in-between two golden generations), he is the second all-time top scorer for the club, he is the record top scorer in the Milan-Inter derby, he was top scorer in Serie A twice, won the Scudetto, won the Champions League (scoring the winning pen), UCL top scorer with Milan twice, Ballon d'Or winner while at Milan. Also, Nesta, Seedorf and Pirlo all have spells in Italy with other Italian clubs. Sheva *only* played for Milan. To me the top 4 for Milan post-2000 are Maldini, Ancelotti, Kaka and Shevchenko for sure. Honourable mentions for Serginho, Nesta, Dida, Gattuso, Ambrosini, Seedorf, Pirlo, Inzaghi, Ibrahimovic, Maignan, etc, but I think it has to be those four.
