Cynthia Cooooooper!! She's the OG Michael Jordan of the WNBA! Doesn't get anywhere near the recognition she deserves. She was pretty much unguardable. People don't realize Coop was already 34 when the WNBA started. She was only able to play 5 seasons. Imagine If the league had been in existence during her prime playing years! It takes one legend to acknowledge another. Ms Cooper was unguardable in her prime , she was a female MJ. Houston Comets were giving the WNBA problems, because of her personally, Tina Thompson and Sheryl Swoopes and the late Kim Perrot. I believe she died from cancer in 1999.
