I agree with everything you said but what is the solution? How can we start to change things permanently. I recognize awareness and education is the first step, but how do we move beyond that? What is our plan? I also recognize this has to be a long-term play and possibly something that my generation will not see come to fruition. But we need to start planting the seeds now
