I’m active in several online SMBC groups, and the number of women earning more than 6 figures who complain that the government doesn’t give them more support (i.e. state-mandated fertility treatment with “social infertility” as a qualifying category, government-mandated/funded paid maternity leave, even more generous tax breaks than we already get, free child care, etc.) blows my mind. I understand that COL is a factor, but when you’re single with no coparent it’s not that hard to relocate to a cheaper area.
I was so confused by the consistently damaging conclusions reached by so many seemingly unrelated ideologies. Then I realized that they're not unrelated. They are all consistently damaging to Western society, because that's the point of them.
We’re already at that point of men being taxed to take care of women. As a whole women are net zero tax payers because a vast majority of social services goes towards females…including housing, medical, education, and social security.
