Yes without even watching…
Yes, it has gone too far!
This right wing HR is spot on.
The West was Great without diversity, if it works it works, if it doesn't it doesn't. It should never be forced.
Just hire the best employee for the Job... No wonder every company nowadays always seems to make mistakes... they're not hiring the best people for the Job.
Diversity but only for white Western countries - all non white countries can remain the way they’ve always been, and they dont even have to justify why.
Trying to level the playing field on characteristics like economic background and disability is okay. But trying to preference someone based on race and gender is a step too far. Thats no longer serving to level the playing field and is driven by identity politics based qualities we shouldn’t be judging people on.
It was gone too far 20yrs ago. I don't even like going out and dealing with people now.
Ah yes, Andrew Timmings, the so-called libertarian, now working in the absolute monarchy of Saudi Arabia. Love to see his diversity of thought in practice!
Equity is anti boy
Equity and inclusion is great if everyone has an equal ability, but if they don't we are just degraging our society.
I joined a brittish motorcycle club. I have the most wonderful group of male friends who are mind, supportive, encouraging and even do all the cooking 🎉
Is there any other experience than a lived experience? Woke language nonsense at play.
DEI: where you judge a person based on the colour of their skin, not the content of their character.
I wanted to be a model too, but I’m too old, fat, ugly and white. It’s so unfair 😢
When the ADF lowers standards for combat troops to enable 5ft 40kg women to pass. National security and our soldiers ability to be effective should never take second place to someone's desire to be something they aren't fit for.
Let’s call it what it is. Sexism and Racism. If we were truly about diversity because we thought sex and race were things that should be looked at, we would have DEI policies for men in both Nursing, Education, secretarial work, we would have diversity policies for whites in IT, we would be putting quotas for males in fashion and trying to close the pay gap there too. The fact is they are all either market driven or individual preferences. You want to know why there is incompetence in a workplace and why we have flattened productivity, look at the issue of DEI and wokeism. Also the HR lecturer is correct with company performance and diversity. They have size effect which is the reason they are able to implement diversity regardless of performance based on merit. Their is a reason why governments don’t force diversity on small businesses, because if they were forced to employ people based on what they are rather than what they can do, small businesses would never make it off the ground. It is well contested in finance that diversity is a scam to point out stock returns and diversity as they were already large and successful.
Cultural Marxism at work
23:54 It’s a male dominated industry because males strengths and interests naturally lean towards STEM. I have sat in a room and watched a university board full of academics try and work out how to get more girls interested in STEM because all their advertising and programs weren’t working. Not for one second did this overeducated sophisticated bunch ever use common sense, facts and data to conclude that maybe females gravitate toward other fields because of their biology.
The close ups on faces are so funny, as people hear what they don't agree with 😂
