We've entered a time where people don't need labels or sets of rules to be who we are. The ordinary person is loving and kind, and just wants to live life and peace, and allow others to do the same.
Indeed the heart of social justice is who gets to validate indentity. All religions are an aim to answer the question of identity.

If 'social justice' turns into a religion, then in future it will have the same consequences as religion. 'Religion' is an imposed aspect of human nature. People of religion are currently capable enough to live their lives. Religion is now nothing but a medium to create differences.

This made give up on Al Jazeera as a news source. So many gross oversights in the conversation. I had to stop as soon as the one guy quoted Baldwin even though Baldwin's childhood is a scathing rebuke of religion. The sad part is how good the subject is. Instead of facilitating a real conversation you assembled a bunch of self-indulgent academics and zealots. Al Ja zeera has had decent integrity, but all good things come to an end.
There isn't a single, rational human being on this panel. These are three religious extremists, which is on brand for Al Jazeera. These three pseudo-intellectuals are talking down about people who want to be free of the shackles of religions that demand subordination and are opposed to personal freedom.
