The “scary voice voicemail” is probably an old guy with schizophasia, which is basically fluent speech that doesn’t make complete sense and always sounds like a speaker connects one topic to another without a logical link. Trying to “decode” a message sent by a person suffering from a serious mental disorder is always futile.

Hi, as someone who worked for 2 years at Jets Pizza, “well done” is 100% a common way for people to order their pizza, especially a deep dish, which people like crispier. Also, places with lower quality, like little ceasers, do have a tendency to undercook pizza. I’m sure that message still is code, but those terms were not weird at all for what the message was saying.
