You've reached the end
Omg that’s where I’m at right now & I need this video. I’ve been feeling so guilty since I just had a 3 week vacation visiting my cousin but adjusting to being home has been so hard (also have autism too). But everyone has been like “why are you low? Didn’t you just have a holiday?”. But seeing this made me feel seen 🥹
Very much me right now. Unemployed, feeling like a burden, can barely eat. But i made an appointment with a social worker, took the trash out and I'm currently staring at a bowl of buttered noodles trying not to cry. Thank you for your channel.
I just can't give myself permission to do it. It feels too engrained to push myself even when I feel so low, just keep pushing until I'm too sick to go on. Thank you for your channel because slowly it's helping me push back against the thoughts of a lifetime ❤
Also, don't forget to celebrate the small things! You got out of bed, got dressed and ready, ate food, filmed this video. None of that is easy when your body feels so heavy like you're actively sinking into the floor (my personal experience on how depression can feel physically)
Very important video. There is a lot about self-care and what to do, but it's important to point out that there are low days, where you have to dial back and focus on getting energy back and not to feel guilty about that
Hope you're doing ok booo Your vids help me out with my ADHD so much ❤
Thank you for sharing and being honest about your struggles! You are helping not only deguilt this stuff for you, but also for everyone watching. Your content has made such a large difference in my life and my mindset especially towards myself. I hope your mood comes back up soon! ❤❤❤
Your doing amazing job keep up the amazing work!! We are all here for you!<33 give yourself a pat on the back for just being able to eat or get out of bed!!!💗
feeling this today. and I work at a place that gives occurrences if you miss a day. like even if you're out for three days, three occurrences. and I'm just struggling so much
You do what you need to do boo!
Because I've had low mental health for a while now I got some tips on how to make your mental health a bit better, 1. Eat your favourite foods. 2. Go on walks often. Those are the ones which helped me, it may not help everyone tho.
You're doing the best you can, and for that, I'm proud of you ❤ You got this. Take all the time you need and reach out when you need to. You are loved 💜
It’s also very incredibly important to remember that everyone copes/deals/manages/lives with their depression in different ways. - Some people buy takeout because even microwaving something too much. Some people cook a full gourmet meal. - Some people clean. Some people have to be reminded to clean. Some people need someone else to clean for them. - Some people go to work, some people watch movies, some people read, some people play videos games, some people literally cannot get out of bed and just lay in bed watching Facebook videos, or sleeping, or crying. - Some people sit in a shower or bath until it runs cold. Some people cannot shower/bathe for days or weeks. *There is no wrong way to cope with depression*
Feeding yourself, staying hydry, and allowing yourself to feel your feelings IS self care
Thank you for showing that it's okay to experience this, and that we can move through it. We can come out the other side.
i’m at this point rn.. and my original therapist just quit sooo… depressed bean it is- it also been hard since i am sadly a minor still so A i cant get tested for adhd and autism( because every teacher / person i try to ask if i am autistic or have adhd/ i have so many symptoms for both) and my parents REFUSE to believe anything is wrong with me😔 and B can’t obtain another therapist without my parents and they saw my therapist quitting as a sign i don’t need therapy 😭😭
Thank you for this. ❤ I have been having such a hard time regulating after some tough changes. I really appreciate you reminding me it’s ok to have a low day.
Sending you love and strength. Just went thru my low period too…. 🤍✨
Someone with adhd here is it normal to go from so much energy and the life of the party one day to depressed and all I want to do is sleep the next
Really needed to see this right now. Just had to call out of work halfway through the day due to an anxiety attack. Thank you for this ❤❤❤
